⚙️ Mode of Action

Atrazine belongs to the Triazine group of herbicides and works by inhibiting photosynthesis in susceptible weeds. It blocks electron transport in Photosystem II, preventing energy production and causing gradual weed death.

• Apply as a pre-emergence spray immediately after sowing and before weed emergence
• Can be used as an early post-emergence application on young weeds, where recommended
• Ensure adequate soil moisture for optimum herbicidal activity
• Avoid application during strong winds or when heavy rainfall is expected

Dosage: 800–1200 g per acre (depending on crop, soil type, and weed intensity)

Water Volume: 150–250 liters per acre
