 Product Description

CHHIBAA is a selective pre-emergence herbicide based on Pretilachlor 50% EC formulation. It is specially designed for effective control of a wide range of grasses, sedges, and broadleaf weeds in transplanted paddy.

The product works by inhibiting cell division and growth in germinating weed seeds, preventing their emergence and competition with the crop. CHHIBAA forms a protective layer on the soil surface, ensuring long-lasting weed control during the critical early stages of crop growth.

 Mode of Action

Pretilachlor inhibits cell division in germinating weed seeds, preventing their growth and emergence.

 Time of Application

• • Apply within 3–5 days after transplanting (DAT)
  • Ensure standing water (2–3 cm) in the field at the time of application
  • Maintain water level for 2–3 days after application
  • Do not disturb the field after application for best results

 Recommended Dosage

• • Dosage: 500–600 ml per acre
  • Water Volume: 150–200 liters per acre
  • Apply as uniform spray or sand mix broadcasting
  • Suitable for Transplanted Paddy
