⚙️ Mode of Action

Topramezone belongs to the HPPD (4-Hydroxyphenylpyruvate Dioxygenase) inhibitor group of herbicides. It blocks carotenoid biosynthesis in weeds, causing characteristic bleaching symptoms followed by growth inhibition and eventual weed death.

The herbicide is rapidly absorbed through foliage and provides effective post-emergence weed control.

• Apply as an early post-emergence herbicide
• Best results are achieved when weeds are young and actively growing (2–5 leaf stage)
• Apply during the early growth stages of maize
• Ensure adequate soil moisture for optimum performance
